Agreement

By accessing or using UnderCopy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

UnderCopy is a creative workspace tool that provides structured methods and AI-assisted guidance for developing advertising ideas. The service is currently in BETA and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are subject to approval — we reserve the right to accept or decline registrations at our discretion.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all creative content you produce in UnderCopy — brands, campaigns, messages, ideas, pairings, and all derivative work. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

AI-Generated Suggestions

AI suggestions provided by UnderCopy (tag suggestions, pairing ideas, feedback) are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). These suggestions are starting points, not finished work. You are responsible for evaluating, modifying, and taking ownership of any AI suggestions you choose to develop.

We make no warranty that AI suggestions are original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should conduct your own due diligence before using AI-suggested content in commercial campaigns.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI prompts or system instructions
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract content from the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights

BETA Status

UnderCopy is currently in BETA. This means:

• Features may change without notice
• Data loss is possible, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it
• The service may experience downtime or interruptions
• We welcome your feedback to improve the product

Limitation of Liability

UnderCopy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States of America.
